Flow Yoga School Trainers:

Lydia is co-owner of Flow Studio and one of our Lead Trainers, with over a decade of experience teaching and training yoga teachers. She brings a deep love for movement, education, and the power of yoga to transform both body and mind.

With 20+ years in yoga education—including building teacher trainings, leading retreats, and offering continued education—Lydia is passionate about making the practice relatable and applicable to daily life. Her approach blends traditional yoga philosophy with modern science and functional movement, helping students explore with curiosity and grow with purpose.

She has studied extensively with teachers like Jason Crandell, Tiffany Cruikshank, and Jules Mitchell, and is known for making complex topics like anatomy, asana, and yoga philosophy accessible and empowering.

Lydia’s teaching reminds us that yoga isn’t about rigidity—it’s about choice, freedom, and joy. Her down-to-earth presence and love of learning bring depth, clarity, and a little bit of laughter to every training.

Flow Yoga School Trainers:

Meet Jodell, she began her yoga journey at 36, seeking a gentle and accessible way to reconnect with her body after years of putting herself last. What started as a physical practice quickly became a path of mindful self-care and personal growth.

She completed her 200-hour training in 2019 with Megan and Lydia, initially to deepen her own practice—but left inspired to teach and overcome her fear of leading. With a passion for learning, Jodell has since focused on functional anatomy, postural alignment, and biomechanics, completing additional training with Tiffany Cruikshank and accruing over 1,000 hours of teaching experience. She is a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider and is currently pursuing her 300-hour certification through Flow Yoga School.

Jodell brings curiosity, humility, and a deep care for students to every room she enters. When she’s not on the mat, you can find her hiking, sipping hot cocoa, or spending time with her husband and three kids.
